- to add the link to the lates annual report for 2018 to the page "about us" https://voxukraine.org/uk/about-us/#friends - ALREADY DONE IN UKRAINIAN VERSION, CAUSE WE HAVEN`T TRANSLATE REPORT INTO ENG OR RU YET. UKR VERSION HERE: https://voxukraine.org/report2018/index.html

- to update the information about VoxCheck authors and key staff members biographies on the page https://voxukraine.org/uk/voxcheck-f-a-q/#checkers - THIS IS NOT DONE DELIBERATELY, AS ALL THE BIOGRAPHIES ARE ON THE PERSONAL PAGES OF THE AUTHORS. FOR EXAMPLE HERE: https://voxukraine.org/uk/item/maksim-skubenko-2/. ALL BIOGRAPHIES AVAILABLE IN 3 LANG.

- to update Correcting Mistakes Policy on the page https://voxukraine.org/uk/voxcheck-f-a-q/#mistakes with detailed explanation of the types of mistakes and how they are treated, as well as how corrections are marked so the reader can find corrections easily in the content of the VoxCheck. AND - to develop specific marks, tags or signs (i.e. "CORRECTION" in the headline) that will help readers easy to find them. - WE CREATING A NEW DESIGN FOR ALL VOXCHECK (AND FOR MARKING TOO), SO MY PROPOSE, IS TO LEAVE AS IT IS.

- link to "Contact us" is located in a footer and it is not easy to find. I would suggest to put is as a icon to the left side together with social networks icons; - DONE. IN THE SCREENSHOT BELOW THERE IS AN ICON THROUGH WHICH YOU CAN CONTACT US OR OFFER A CHECK.

1. All fact-checks are double-checked by our volunteers and VoxCheck team and go through the peer-review procedure, which means that at least 2 editors from the VoxUkraine Editorial Board read our fact-checks and give comments (also noted in the Policies and Procedures Manual). None article can be published until it is signed off by two editors.

2. We check all major politicians on a regular basis and publish checks on them. During the presidential election, we checked all main candidates. Moreover, we checked them not only in our articles but also on air (UA: Suspilne show). In 2018 we were making weekly digests (we monitored all the speeches given by the politicians from the list (who are from all political parties represented in parliament) and take only those quotes that contain facts and figures.

Criterion 2b
Nonpartisanship policy
Evidence required: Please share evidence of your policy preventing staff from direct involvement in political parties and advocacy organizations. Please also indicate the policy your organization has as a whole regarding advocacy and supporting political candidates.

VoxUkraine (which is a organization for the VoxCheck project) is a non-partisan NGO. This principle is noted in the Policies and Procedures Manual of the organization. As a fact-checking project, VoxCheck checks both sides of the political debates, which means that we've equally fact-checked previous president Petro Poroshenko as well as all presidential candidates in 2019, the Prime-Minister, the opposition leaders Yulia Tymoshenko, Yury Boiko, Oleg Liashko, etc. This can be seen on our website, from our online data-base (access can be provided on demand) and on the online platform: https://nepravda.org.

VoxUkraine also demands from all editors, board members, and employees to disclose any potential conflict of interest (Policies and Procedures Manual). Thus each article, including fact-checks, published on VoxUkraine website contains a disclaimer on potential conflict of interest or its absence.

Also, none of the members of the VoxUkraine governing bodies (General Meeting and Supervisory Board) are members of any political party.

Regarding hiring the people, who are members of political parties, we never had such a case since all our employees are not engaged into politics. However, we consider it will be very important to reflect this policy in Policies and Procedures Manual and not hire those candidates that are engaged into political activities.

Section 3: Transparency of Sources

Criterion 3a
Sources Policy
Please share a brief and public explanation (500 words max) of how sources are provided in enough detail that readers could replicate the fact check. If you have a public policy on how you find and use sources for your fact-checking, it should be shared here.

VoxUkraine
11-May-2019 (1 year ago) Updated: 11 months ago

VoxCheck uses only public official primary sources that can be shown on the web directly or, if not available, publishes the scans of the primary sources (info received from the authorities). In this way each fact-check can be double-checked by the readers by clicking on the links of the sources.

We refuse making fact-check if we cannot find a public source as a proof. All the links are embeded in the fact-checks which can be seen on our web-site or online platform nepravda.org

All fact-check reports that I looked through have embedded links to the sources of information that you can "click-and-check". The sources that were used are reliable and high-quality. The sources using policy is available for the readers through the link on the FAQ page https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DjfsPY2TsRBwnHAu9emjKFy45KaP196W3xJPtaGO54Q/edit
